Order cancellations will be entertained only if the goods have not been shipped from Jhoomarwala Logistics. A refund will be issued only after deduction of Rs. 500.00 or 2.5% of total order value (whichever is higher) for processing and handling charges.

Order once shipped from Jhoomarwala Logistics will not be canceled and the refund will be processed only after we receive the product back in good sale able condition. At this point the refund will be issued only after deduction of these charges (Shipping and Handling Charges + Return Shipment charges + Installer Charges (if opted for)).

If any return package is in damaged condition, then you need to bear the cost as told by our Inspection Team. So we request you to return the package with insured shipment.

Exchanges/ Replacements/ Returns/Refunds

If our product fails to satisfy you, you can return it for refund OR can opt for exchange within 15 days of receiving it. Returned goods must be in their original packing and good sale able condition. Customer need to bear the Return shipment cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of defective merchandise.

Absolutely, no returns or exchanges on all type chandeliers, including custom made, except in the case of defective merchandise we can exchange the product/ part.

Shipping & Handling

Non-stock items are shipped approximately within 2 to 6 weeks. Stock items are shipped within 3-10 days after receiving confirmation. Custom made chandeliers ship within 6 to 8 weeks. When you receive your merchandise, please examine the packaging thoroughly. All items ship out from our warehouse location in Bhopal, MadhyaPradesh or from our authorized distribution centers in the country. All delivery and shipping information is approximate, and will be communicated after you confirm your order. Our company is not responsible for delays due to Freight company transit delays, delays that occur due to natural disaster issues such as hurricanes or other related factors. The Shipment carriers that we use are DHL, Blue Dart, Pafex and Blaze Flash.

Packing & Delivery

Every chandelier/ light/ lamp is individually packed for safe and secure delivery to your location. All our packages are insured, on company cost, during shipping to provide you non-damaged goods.

Installations

All of our chandeliers are pre-wired for your convenience. Professional installation required for selected products. Installation will be free for customers based in Bhopal region. For other cities of India, customer can opt, at extra charge, for our professional Installer. Most of our Chandeliers (of bigger size) are shipped in modules & can be assembled at the time of installation. Assembly times vary from model to model. Frames and crystals are packed separately for safe and secure delivery. Please call our customer service for required time for assembly. Professional Installers option are presently available for Indian customers only.

Frame quality and warranty

All of our chandeliers with 24Karat gold plating or chrome plating carry a 3 year warranty against tarnishing. Gold is unique with its yellow color. Also, gold is a precious metal, which means that it will not oxidize in air, so its electrical conductivity stays uniform over long periods of time. It is ideally suited for electroplating applications. Gold plating offers good corrosion resistance, good solder ability, and when alloyed with cobalt, it has very good wear resistance. Our frames are made of solid brass and 24 Karat gold plated in state-of-the-art electroplating facility. Once the frames are gold plated then they go through a process of lacquering and baking in fully automated ovens for maximum protection. When you clean your chandeliers do not use chemical and alcohol based cleaning products, this will void your warranty. We offer cleaning products to clean your chandelier.

Crystal quality and warranty

30% Full lead crystal: This type of crystal is one of the best in the world today with more than 30% lead content. It is all precision machine cut and polished to perfect shine.

Strass Swarovski: Crystal has at least 30% or more lead content. Manufactured by Swarovski company in Austria.

Hand-cut & polished: Hand cut and polished lead free crystal. Absolutely gorgeous crystal with artistic hand-cut designs. Please ask one of our sales associate for more details.
